Our visual identity reflects our dedication to this cause, showcasing the beauty and heroism in every donation. I've personally overseen the graphic design, photography, videography, motion media, and UX/UI design, ensuring each element resonates with our mission.

Rock Hill Donation Center
The Rock Hill Donation Center is the largest project I've undertaken at The Blood Connection. I designed every aspect, from the exterior to the interior, including paint colors, furniture, and décor. I also created all the testimonial wall displays and vinyl graphics, ensuring every detail reflects our mission and brand.


Recruiting is a cornerstone of The Blood Connection's mission to promote blood donation. In my role, I focus on maximizing our team's effectiveness by overseeing the development of promotional materials such as t-shirts, water bottles, stickers, rewards points programs, and mugs. Additionally, I create educational materials including books, social media posts, and panel cards to further engage donors and spread awareness. These items are integral to our efforts in engaging donors and enhancing participation in blood drives.

Customer service is what The Blood Connection prides themselves on the most. The entire team is dedicated to donors having the best experience they can while in our centers and mobiles. The Donation Experience book was created to teach staff coming through orientation on how to properly interact with donors, so that they all feel valued.




Socials & Videos
On a daily basis The Blood Connection is communicating through donors on social media. This is a valuable too that is used to help relay important messages such as if we are in a critical need, how we are helping, and what the weekly incentives will be.
