At this moment there are probably hundreds of condos being built in cities all over the world, and each one is trying to outdo the last. The issue with that is they are focusing on the amenities, the luxury, and making you feel like you are getting the best of the best. When it should really be focused on your community that you will be in and how you can interact with others.

Objective

Efforia is based in Volos, Greece a culture that is embedded in their history of the ancient world. Efforia needed an identity that connected them back to the community and what their values are. The city really likes to have fun so why not have a condo that would encourage having fun and partying.

Efforia’s solution was In playing with the idea of the best party, and that even if everything was awful in your life nothing could be worse because you are already living in the spot where the idea of purgatory came about. If you could have that much fun in purgatory then what is there to really be upset about in life.
