Codhoppers Moonshine

Some of my favorite memories from childhood were the yearly spring break camping trips my Dad and I would take. The best parts of these trips were always eating mac and cheese that fell on the ground, the stories that would be told, and the country music we would listen to on the ride there. These trips always included his best friend calling him “Codhopper” and us trying to get the story of that nickname out of them. They would never tell us how this nickname came to be but knowing my Dad it was probably from doing something stupid while fishing. Codhoppers Moonshine is a representation of my Dad and all of the memories we have made together over the years.
